What Payment Methods does Lola G Accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept Shopify Payments, Apple Pay and PayPal.

What currency is the Online Shop?

Our default currency is set to Australian Dollars (AUD). You can opt to change the currency to American Dollars (USD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or Great British Pounds (GBP). These currencies are supplied by xe.com on the most recent currency conversions. International Banks may charge additional fees, so we encourage you to use these additional currencies as a guide only.

Where does Lola G Deliver?

We ship worldwide and offer competitive shipping options.

How can I track my order?

We usually ship using AusPost and provide a tracking number for all orders. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your order by checking the tracking number online.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2 Business Days of completing your order. Delivery time frames vary depending on where you are located and which shipping option you have selected. International shipping takes a minimum of 8 Business Days.
